Every September, aviation enthusiasts from across the globe gather in Greenville, Maine for the International Seaplane Fly-In—a one-of-a-kind celebration of seaplanes, pilots, and the natural beauty of Moosehead Lake.

This year’s Fly-In takes place September 4th–7th, 2025, and while the main events are just a 30-minute drive or you can travel by boat from Moose River Cabins, guests will also enjoy a special treat: watching seaplanes take off and land right on the Moose River directly from their cabin porch!

Here’s what’s happening during this year’s Fly-In:

Wednesday, September 3

• 5:00–7:00 PM: Pig Roast at Moosehead Aero Marine (Lower Lincoln St) – fundraiser for Moosehead Riders Snowmobile Club

Thursday, September 4

• 1:00 PM: Registration opens (Moosehead Aero Marine)

• 6:00 PM: Dinner & Social at Lakeside on Moosehead Lake

• 6:30 PM: Live music by The Tyler Healy Band

Friday, September 5

• 8:00 AM: Set up at Stobie Hangar

• All Day: Poker Run (details & map provided at event)

• 6:00 PM: Steak & Lobster Dinner at Moosehead Aero Marine

• 6:30 PM: Live music by Billy Blackstone Freeballin

Saturday, September 6

• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM: Vendor Booths & Fly-In merchandise

• 8:30 AM: Seaplane Parade in East Cove

• 10:00 AM–4:30 PM: Pilot Contests at Stobie Hangar (weather dependent)

• 6:30 PM: Awards Banquet at Moosehead Aero Marine

Sunday, September 7

• 10:00 AM: Completion of competitions not finished Saturday

• Seaplane Pilots Association Breakfast (time/location TBD)
